Clean room in very good location with 2 metro lines nearby and many trams, supermarket in a shopping mall close too. There's basically no staff to interact with and the check in process felt a little bit sketchy since it's in another shop

Hotel is in a good location with access to public transit right outside the hotel. The building itself is behind a gate and the front door is locked at all times. Felt very safe.

Affordable and effective, but for short stays

The wi-fi connection was largely very weak and interrupting regularly, certainly insufficient for an online meeting. There was no heating which, due to the wave of cold weather, caused the room to be very cold during the nights. The bare minimum services were provided (two towels for four nights). On a positive side, check-in was effective and the owner did not require the payment of the local tax, which was appreciated.

This is very basic, no frills accommodation. Room was very small, no shower gel or soap, one thin towel. And only one electrical outlet in the entire room! I had to unplug the TV to charge my phone. But it was clean and the staff are excellent. I left a ring in the room and the housekeeper ran out to the street to bring it to me before my taxi arrived. That meant a lot! Thanks again to her!

Dobré a férové odbavení na poslední chvíli. Vybavení pokojů odpovídá zvolené cenové úrovni. Všude čisto. Byl to sobotní večer, trochu byla slyšet hudba z vedlejšího klubu, ale nic nezvladatelného.

Я жила в этом отеле 4 ночи. Расположение действительно хорошее. Я везде ходила пешком. До Карлова моста 30 минут, до Вацлавской улицы 15 минут. Ехать от автовокзала Флоренс 3 остановки на метро, а не 6, как написано на сайте. Обстановка в номере очень простая. При мне за 5 дней никто не убирался. Только один раз поменяли полотенца. Да мусор вынесли по моей просьбе. Я ходила босиком по номеру, так к вечеру у меня ступни ног были черные. Пол из плитки. Видно, его очень редко моют. Но самое ужасное было то, что когда я приехала - хостел был закрыт и на ресепшен никого не было. Я сидела на улице под дверью где-то с полчаса, думая с ужасом, что придется сейчас идти искать другой вариант заселения. Как потом выяснилось, сотрудник уходил пообедать и закрыл двери. Правда, извинился и объяснил. Но я испытала очень неприятные чувства за эти полчаса. Так что, если приедете и закрыто все - не паникуйте. Может быть скоро кто-нибудь появится. Еще ужасно было то, что в ночь с пятницы на субботу у них проходят всенародные гуляния в сквере неподалеку. Громкая музыка долбила по мозгам до 4 утра. Я не могла уснуть. А за эту ночь еще берут двойную цену. За мучения дополнительные. Ну, если в будние дни и на 1 ночь, то можно остановиться. Но в пятницу - если только вы сами позажигать приехали.

Excellent value for money!

For the small amount we paid for the room we were not too sure what to expect as the pictures shown do not cover every room available. We has single beds as requested and our own bathroom. The room was very basic but clean and the shower in the bathroom was excellent with great pressure and easy to use. We didn't speak much Czech at all but managed to get across to the staff what we wanted and their grip on English was enough for us to get taxis ordered for the airport etc. Overall, very clean and tidy, basic accommodation and not too far from everything as long as you don't mind a walk, tram or taxi ride. Excellent value for the money. (If you want gold taps and waiter service, you will need to pay a lot more and get a hotel closer to the centre of town). We were happy with the cost as it meant more money for beer!!!

Yes, Pension City Center & L`Opera was cheap. And you remembered how cheap it was when you were there. The staff was difficult to locate, rooms were cleaned about every other day, and the musk of our room was pretty strong. The walls are thin and you can hear everything on the other side. However, the location is great. If you're looking for a cheap place to lay your head down at night, this is the place for you.

The property is in a quieter part of the city which was what we were looking for. Unfortunately when we got there the front desk had my reservation down as 1 person rather than 2. I had been given a twin room but only given one set of bedding. This was resolved but not exactly quickly. The room was functional and came with a wet room which was pleasant. Our key jammed in the front door and again we were not met with good customer service. Givent the vast number of options in Prague I don't think I would stay here again

Horreur !

Il est scandaleux qu'un tel hôtel soit référencé chez Hotel.com. D'abord ils m'ont prélevé 2 fois le montant de la réservation sur ma carte de crédit et j'ai été obligé de le prouver par écrit pour qu'ils fassent des recherches de leur coté. Hotel délabré, lits de camp grinçant de 70cm de large, pas d'isolation phonique, le tout pour un pris de 150 €/nuit. Bref une arnaque pour touriste voulant réveillonner à Prague
