"I booked a "Deluxe Suite" at this hotel. They put me in a substantially lower quality room (without mentioning the difference). When I went back to raise the issue with them, they said that due to a mistake, they had given my room to someone else. I told them that wasn't acceptable and booked another hotel through Orbitz. They then refused to refund my reservation, and Orbitz likewise refused to refund my reservation. So everyone should know that if the hotel doesn't deliver what it promised,...

"It is an older property but every necessity was taken care of. It was very clean and felt like home and family. The chef was also excellent. The presentation and quality of the food was on point. I travel the world and stay many places but rarely leave a review. I’m not even from the same country of this property but it was quite clear somebody takes a lot of pride in it. It really did make me feel like home."

Déjà nous trouvons ça très boff, à 16h30 nous voulions leur demander de venir nettoyer la salle de bain car pleins pleins de cheveux dans la douche par terre etc et bien toujours personne a l’accueil et j’ai oublié de préciser qu’il ne parle pas 1 mot anglais seulement roumain… le monsieur nous explique lors de notre arrivée que le petit...
