Situated in the heart of Praia da Vitória city, this space offers a great location on the city's main square, as well as a panoramic view of Praia da Vitória Bay. It is possible to dazzle the magnificent Praia Grande, the largest sandy beach of Terceira Island.

This apartment is located in the Black House building, built in 2018, in the historic center of Praia da Vitória. Excellent construction with luxury finishes and high quality furniture.
