"Terceira for the first time, having done Ponta Delgada last year. Book Hotel a great choice. Stylish, nicely planned space. Building works going on to extend the hotel created a little nuisance but not too bad if you're out all day. Staff excellent with special mention to Soynia on reception for going above and beyond. "There wasn’t an address posted, it was difficult to find. It was not clean. We were greeted by ants, spiders, cockroaches, & a dead bird carcass. When we opened a large mirrored closet, it fell towards us. The entire faucet in one of the bathrooms rocked in place. There was mold everywhere and It smelled of mildew.
