"A acomodação é muito boa e está tudo de acordo com a descrição! Valeu bastante o custoxbeneficio. Tivemos um pequeno problema com as cadeiras da sala que já estavam quebradas e o ar da sala estava vazando para dentro do apartamento. Avisei a empresa que estava administrando e a mesma me disse que iria resolver essas pendências! No mais valeu bastante a hospedagem e voltaria com certeza! "

"We had an embarrassing moment. We had a toilet emergency and the toilet was not working. How the maid missed that when cleaning the room for check in? Check in was a bit slow too. Everything was clean, breakfast meets standards. Walking distance to Cupe beach. To go to Porto's town for shops and restaurants, you need a car or Uber. "

"We cannot wait to come back! From the wonderful, pleasant staff to the delicious food and super clean resort, my family had the best time here. It’s so close to the beach if you want to see the ocean, but also enough pools if you want to stay on the resort. The area is very safe during the day and I loved how close it was to the down town area."

"This property has everything we could ask for! We will definitely be back. The rooms and all areas of the hotel are spotless, the food is fresh, the staff are friendly, and it’s perfect for a family vacation, with plenty of activities and spaces for kids. It was our first time here, but certainly not our last. We have nothing negative to mention—well done, Serrambi Resort!"

"Our room was really smelly, it smelled like sewage so badly that we had to change rooms (thankfully they accommodated us on that). There was construction on site which made it a noisy environment. The outside vicinity smells as well like swamp. We were disappointed because we were expecting more from the way the property was presented on Expedia. "
