Excellent apartment, well located on the seafront with digital TV 32 "Bedroom with a double bed and two bunk beds, chest of drawers, four loose mattresses, ceiling fan. We have a single sofa bed. Living room with sofa 3 and 2 seats, TV, ceiling fan. Dining room with tables with 06 chairs. Kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave, table with 4 stools. Kitchen utensils, blender, dishes, pots and cutlery. A bathroom stall. Service area. Second floor, no elevator, one car garage. Super airy, front and side windows to the beach. Muito bom. Localização Boa, tudo perto, casa bem arejada, tudo limpinho e bem organizado, janelas da sala e quarto de frente para o mar vc acorda só levantar da cama que visualiza o mar muito bom. Após agendamento no sait do imóvel vc é direcionada em contato com a proprietária que inclusive muito gente boa, tudo de bom nada a reclamar estão de parabéns, pode alugar sem medo.

"Feriadão" com a família no AP da Maria
É a segunda vez que vamos, minha família e eu amamos a estadia. O ap é bem localizado, perto de todos tipos de comércios, só tiramos o carro da garagem para ir embora. De todas janelas é possível ver a praia, então, todas as refeições eram olhando para o mar. A proprietária é prestativa (responde rapidinho as mensagens) e o zelador do prédio é muito gente também. Um fato importante é a permissão de animais de pequeno porte. Super recomendo e pretendo voltar com certeza.

Final de semana incrível
Desde o primeiro contato com Dn Maria até o momento de deixar as chaves deu tudo certo. A vista da janela é incrível, o AP tem todos utensílios de casa e os equipamentos eletrônicos funcionando perfeitamente. A garagem é coletiva mas só tiramos o carro para ir embora. Apesar de não ter elevador foi tranquilo mas é bom levar poucas malas. Outra coisa muito importante, o fato de aceitar animal de pequeno porte, fez toda diferença na minha escolha. O zelador do prédio, Sr Serrinha, muito prestativo. Não tivemos qualquer problema em nossa estadia. Super recomendo e pretendo voltar esse ano novamente.
