In addition, the air conditioning did not work properly, making the stay even more uncomfortable. On some occasions, there were also insects inside the room, which should never happen in a hotel at this price level. The pool was another major disappointment. It was visibly dirty and poorly maintained, which explains why almost no guests were using it. Many families were clearly uncomfortable allowing their children near the pool due to the water condition, which raises serious concerns about hygiene and safety.
