We had a wonderful stay here and the entire staff was incredibly helpful and lovely. Rooms were very clean, balcony was extremely lovely and the breakfast buffet was INCREDIBLE. Excellent place to stay, the pool was just a lovely area when walking up and down the stairs of Praiano didn’t seem in the cards always.

The staff named grace went above and beyond to help us with our transportation from Naples Centre to the hotel also from the hotel to Naples airport and gave us breakfast to go for our 5am journey to the airport. Also the staff/lifeguard Andrea is also amazing and funny, he gave us lots of recommendations. The hotel itself is very beautiful and close to some restaurants and store. The place is also 5-10 mins walk the bus stop going to Positano and Amalfi. Would recommend and would definitely go back again.

Top-notch experience! The entire staff was communicative, available, thorough before and during our trip. The hotel itself was everything we could have asked for - small but quaint, close to amazing restaurants, beaches, a small supermarket and even a pharmacy. The best part of our experience was how the front desk - ESPECIALLY ROSA - helped us coordinate transportation that was convenient, prompt and accessible. I will definitely be back!

We just returned from a 3 night stay at Hotel il Pino and it was the most incredible hotel! Highly recommend. The view cannot be beat. Location is perfect. Room was a perfect size with a lovely big shower. 10/10 would stay here again! We loved it.

This was my 3rd time staying here. Everything about this hotel is perfect! I highly recommend it! The staff is great and the view is spectacular! The restaurant on connected to the hotel is one of my favorites! Can't wait to go back!

The hotel is beyond beautiful overlooking the sea and Positano! The room was updated and clean with spectacular private balcony. The staff was so incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive. The breakfast was so delicious and staff was ready to help with any request. The restaurant was so good we had dinner at the hotel twice! The staff there was also top tier!! Don’t forgot to experience the pool.

This boutique hotel was perfect. It is literally right on the main road through Amalfi so no need to climb steps to get to your hotel. Rosa and Mario at the front desk were awesome. Excellent customer service and attended to every request or question. They also arranged water and road taxis to local spots. The breakfast included was excellent.

Mario was so nice and helpful! He provided excellent customer service! He also helped me secure reliable transportation to and from the hotel! Overall, Hotel II Pino was nice but the shower was super small and the location of the shower head was extremely inconvenient. Also, my bed was too firm for my liking.

It was an excellent stay at II Pino, the rooms are very clean, the Staff very Polite and helpful planning the daily trips. The breakfast was very tasty, a lot better than I am used to traveling in the North of Italy. Parking is a challenge, but it was only to give the Staff the key to the car and they organized the parking. All in all a fantastic stay. Thank you!
