With its centrality, Villa Capri welcomes you in the heart of Praiano and the Amalfi Coast. You can enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea, where Positano and the Faraglioni of Capri form the backdrop. The apartment, spacious and bright, is in the center of Praiano, close to restaurants, bars and groceries and bus stops. It is very convenient being at street level and accessible without flights of stairs. It also boasts a large and private parking area which is located exactly adjacent to the villa.

Beautiful home in Praiano

We enjoyed our stay at Villa Capri. The home was beautiful. All newly renovated. And the views were beautiful. The hosts were great and helpful. Praiano was a lovely town with easy bus access to Positano and Amalfi. I would highly recommend staying at Villa Capri!

Perfect Villa with beautiful views!

The house was very clean, uncluttered in the perfect spot with awesome views! Close to restaurants. A little hike to the beach but anywhere in Praiano is a good hike to the beach. Loved that we had private parking for our rental. Rafaela, Nicola, and Lina were such a pleasure to talk to and very responsive. We had issue with the ac and they were quick to respond and fix the issue. Can’t wait to return and highly recommend!

A beautiful place, but. . .

Villa Capri is beautiful, clean, and well located, but our experience was marred by ongoing construction that was not disclosed to us ahead of time. When we arrived, Raffaella explained that the unit below us was being remodeled. As a result, scaffolding impeded the spectacular view and during work hours there was the noise of sawing, hammering, drilling, etc, below us. We would not have selected this property if we had known about the construction ahead of time. That being said, the apartment was otherwise as described. It was clean and convenient. The bathroom was recently divided in two (a full bath and a powder room) which was handy. The parking is definitely a benefit in Praiano, where parking is very challenging. Praiano itself is an ideal home base, with all the needed amenities and much less of the craziness in the more well-known towns. The kitchen in the apartment was adequate, but could have benefited from a good paring knife. The washing machine is definitely helpful, but no laundry detergent was provided, though we asked for it. Under more typical circumstances I would not hesitate to recommend Villa Capri, but we were quite disappointed that the normal peace and spectacular beauty were diminished by the construction.
