The villa is a charming ancient building completely modernized, pleasantly exposed to the sun and with a splendid breathtaking view of the pristine adjacent sea, the very comfortable beds are suitable for a number of five people. From the villa you will enjoy a wonderful view and breathe the scents of the coast of (URL HIDDEN) villa is spread over a total space of about 100 square meters. It has a large and habitable private terrace overlooking the sea, a private garden, air conditioning and heating. The villa is located in a pedestrian area, in the eighteenth-century historic center of Praiano, pearl of the Amalfi coast, about 100 meters from a super-supplied grocery store and from the local bus stop. You can choose your favorite among a wide choice of restaurants about 1 km away and a charming village with a beach equipped with bathing establishments, boat and dinghy rental etc. about 1. 5 km. You will reach the villa from the parking area going up a public walkway of approximately 100 meters with a pleasant stairway of approximately 66 stairway steps. During your stay you will not be obliged to use your car to stay.

Anna Maria was waiting for us when we arrived. The apartment was beautiful and very comfortable. Everything was easy to get to either by cab or walking . Anna Marita was very helpful with helping make arrangements for drivers and activities- lovely lady. Great place, great time!

The best vacation ever

Casa Bianca is a stunning villa next to a historic church and a view that takes your breath away. AnnaMaria went above and beyond as a host and I'm looking forward to staying again.

Amazing Amalfi location

Our group absolutely adored AnnaMaria and her place! Excellent location in a sweet little town, close to Positano if you want to explore there. We ended up staying in Praiano our whole trip, enjoying the sunshine on the amazing terrace, eating at local restaurants, and hiking the Path of Gods. AnnaMaria was so accommodating and gave lots of recommendations for anything we had questions on. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in the Amalfi coast but away from the business of the larger cities.

Beautiful apartment in Praiano!

This was a wonderful experience! The location of the apartment was perfect with many restaurants, grocery, and places to go and see. The view from the terrace was amazing and a wonderful space to have lunch or lay out enjoying the beautiful weather. Annamaria is an amazing hostess and provided so much support in planning prior to our trip and even more once we arrived. I cannot show our appreciation enough for how wonderful it was to meet her and stay in her lovely home. We will definitely visit again and stay here too!

Amazing location, wonderful hosts, beautiful views

Our stay at Annamaria’s home was nothing short of wonderful! She was an amazing host, the location was central in Praiano, and the restaurants were outstanding. The view from the terrace was truly magical and we miss having coffee there every morning! There is a great market, bus stop, restaurants and parking nearby. Annamaria helped us with reservations for a boat day (which was our favorite!), recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area, and arranged for a parking pass for us for the week. The town of Praiano is quiet and friendly-this is a true community and we felt lucky to have been able to experience it. We loved everything about our stay and only wish we could have stayed longer!

Amazing Stay

Amazing villa, perfect place for 2 couples. We took the bus to Positano and Amalfi and walked to restaurants around town. Annamaria was wonderful and easy to work with.

Wish we could stay longer

Annamaria’s home was wonderful. We most enjoyed the terrace overlooking the sea and curved coastline. We could have spent all our days outside and not become tired of this view. Annamaria was quickly responsive and was thorough in her advice/tips. The home was welcoming, clean, and stocked with cooking utensils. There was a quaint grocery store nearby with a few restaurants in walking distance. There are a number of steps to and from the front door, although that is quite characteristic of the area - and what makes it so beautiful! The home is also near a bus stop, making it easy to access the local coastal areas.

Perfect place to explore the Amalfi coast

Very nice and spacious apartment. Annamaria was fantastic and very helpful. Picturesque setting that is better than the pictures! This made our first trip to Italy a memorable one!

Charming with beautiful views!

Although it was quite rainy during our stay, we loved the comfortable villa, village of Praiano, and the Amalfi coast. Annamaria was wonderful with her suggestions of local things to do and how to get around. Our group really enjoyed dining on the villa’s covered patio with the exquisite views! Great 4 days. Quiet town. Close to small store to get some kitchen supplies. Beautiful patio. There are stairs but bus stop is close to the location. Had a meal cooked in house for us. Highlight! Great friendly hostess. Top notch.

Beyond our expectations in every way!

From the communications with Annamaria prior to booking to the last day and hug goodbye, she was truly amazing. Her home is just beautiful and perfect for our family. We especially loved the expansive terrace and gardens! After travelling down from Pompeii and Ravello, we could not have wished for a better place to base ourselves on the Amalfi Coast. Thank you Annamaria for all your efforts to make reservations for us and for your endless hospitality!

It Couldn’t Have Been Better….

Annamaria’s property was as advertised and More…the indoor living was clean and comfortable, but the outdoor was over the top…I do not think we took one shower indoors. Having the outdoor shower was the best.Great Views all the while having privacy. Annamaria was a Great host, she helped with all of our transportation needs, but also helped set up some tours and dining…..If you are looking for a quite beautiful villa that is still close to all things Amalfi, look no further!

Wonderful apartment with incredible views

Patio is perfect for all day sun with a big table in the shade. Easy walk down hill to restaurants etc. Local bus will take you up the hill for your return with a stop near the apartment. Residence is spacious, very clean and kitchen well equipped. Annamaria was very helpful with how to navigate for excursions. One thing to prepare for, it's 65 stair steps to the apartment but well worth it. I would definitely stay again!

Very large patio with stunning view! Close to church and piazza (above them), so you can easily follow local, daily life. Good kitchen equipment, so you can cook Italian food by yourself, if you like. We did! Large rooms and two bathrooms. Plus outdoor shower in patio

I love Praiano!!

We had a fantastic stay with AnnaMaria and her family. It was just what we were looking for. The apartment is beautiful and the location was perfect for us. You do need to be aware of the stairs and the church bells every 15 minutes. The washing machine was great to have and we didn't miss having a dryer. We would definitely come back!!

Beautiful house with great view

We had a great week at Anna Maria's house. The view from the terrace is beautiful, and the house was clean and had everything we needed. It's a 20-minute walk to the beach, or you can take the bus. We mostly walked down and took the bus back. To visit other cities on the Amalfi Coast, we recommend the bus or boat since parking is very limited. The boat ride was amazing! For food, we enjoyed Armandino's restaurant at the beach, recommended by Anna Maria. It was delicious and fairly priced. Thanks for a wonderful week!

Wonderful villa in a great location!

A beautiful villa with amazing views of the sea and everything you need for a perfect vacation! Our family of 4 had plenty of room and our kids loved the big terrace overlooking the sea. Annamaria was such a kind and helpful host, in so many ways! Her sweet father even brought us fresh eggs from his chickens for our bambinos. It made our stay even more memorable! Fantastic restaurants are close by, we had many great meals with beautiful views. We enjoyed staying in Praiano with it being less touristy than Positano. But Positano is a short drive/bus ride, has lots of shopping, restaurants and plenty of ferries to Capri for an amazing day trip. We are so happy we stayed here and would love to come back!!

Beautiful authentic rustic Italian Vila with expansive terrace and all the amenities

We loved every minute of our stay at Casa Bianca! The property itself is situated above a beautiful piazza with a Church and a community gathering space. The home was spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Every day we enjoyed lounging on the gorgeous terrace overlooking the sea, hearing the bells, the kids playing on the piazza below and the sounds of this charming neighborhood. Everyone was warm and friendly. Anna Maria and her family couldn’t have been lovelier or more helpful. She helped us organize our week of activities and was always available. The town of Praiano is the perfect spot to explore the Amalfi coast. We would never stay anywhere else!! This community is quieter and less touristy than Positano or Amalfi yet only a short ride away from either - by water taxi or bus. We had the best meals of our lives here and became friends with some of the shop owners and people we met during our stay. I can’t say enough about the location of the home, the warmth of the host family, the town itself and the stunning beauty of the Amalfi coast. Fantastic villa in a wonderful location

My family of four absolutely loved this villa. We have two children (18 and 20) and there was plenty of space. The location is absolutely perfect. Praiano is quiet and has a very "local" vibe. It's completely different from Positano and Amalfi. The villa, as one would expect, was up a few steps, but for this area, it really wasn't bad. Town center with the bus stop was literally a 1-2 minute walk away. The Path of the Gods was simply up some stairs (a lot of stairs) from the front door. The villa itself is very nice and clean. AnnaMaria has done a wonderful job of preparing this home for visitors. The bathrooms were great. The terrace was absolutely perfect. The view was wonderful. I could literally stay here for two weeks or two months. I would make special mention of the air conditioning, which worked amazingly well for an Italian (or European for that matter) villa. This place really could not have been better and I would love to plan a longer return. We walked to several restaurants in the town easily, and we walked down to the marina easily as well to catch our boat to Capri and our water taxis to travel the coast. AnnaMaria was happy to help set up rides etc. Highest marks!

Wonderful property and a wonderful stay!

Our group of 4 adults from Texas had a wonderful week-long stay in AnnaMaria's lovely villa! She was exceptionally helpful in arranging taxi service, dinner recommendations and reservations, excursions, etc. Everyone knows her and loves her. We dubbed her the Mayor of Praiano :-) She made arrangements for her chef friend, Tomas, to come prepare a meal for us one night and it was a highlight of the trip! He was wonderful! The villa is extremely clean and well equipped with most all amenities you need. (It did not come stocked with any bath/shower soap, shampoo, etc so be sure to bring your own, which we did.) You get one bath towel per person but can request more from AnnaMaria. The villa sits next to a gorgeous church and is eye level with the church bell tower. The bells ring from 7am - 10pm, every 15 minutes. There is an athletic court near the balcony of the villa where you can watch children play soccer after school, etc. You can close the doors to the rooms to block out any noise, if you wish. Be prepared for LOTS of stairs anywhere you need to go in Praiano and all of the Amalfi Coast. We underestimated how many there would be to get down to the market, to restaurants, stores, etc. We definitely got our exercise in! All in all, we will never forget our fabulous stay in Praiano, nor will we forget AnnaMaria, our wonderful host!

Stay in Praiano

I had a wonderful stay at Annamaria's home with my husband and two young adult daughters. The house has a lovely terrace and beautiful view. Annamaria was so friendly and helpful, she made us feel right at home. Praiano is so beautiful and not as busy as Amalfi or Positano. We had excellent meals in the restaurant and were able to get fruits, vegetables, meats, cheeses and more at the mini market right down the road. There is a local bus stop very close to the apartment which is super convenient. We also hiked the Path of the Gods right from our doorstep (lots and lots of stairs) but so worth it! If you are looking for a place to stay in Praiano, you can't go wrong if you book this home!

So beautiful!

We had a a wonderful stay in this villa. AnnaMaria was an amazing host and she has a beautiful garden she shared with us. She gave us restaurant recommendations and beach ideas. We loved the IL Playa Beach Club if you want to be on the water for a day. Would love to come back!
