"As another reviewer stated, this is a partitioned part of a new house in a nice neighborhood. We stayed at this location overnight and considered it a better option than the local hotels. The bedroom and large bathroom were as clean as one can get. The furnishings seemed new and well thought out. It was a very quiet night with no barking dogs nearby. The host had coffee pods stocked for a quick jolt in the morning. Nice!"

"This was a cozy little place that was perfect for my friends and I for our trip to the Texas Renaissance Festival. "

"Our family of 5 came for a wedding in the area, and the location couldn't have been more perfect. This felt like a brand new home, quiet neighborhood, and a perfectly manicured yard. The back yard with the outdoor kitchen was incredibly inviting and had we stayed longer, we definitely would have cooked on the grille. We were able to have plenty of room to visit (coming from 3 differenct cities for this trip), and work in the spacious kitchen for a nice breakfast. We enjoyed greeting...

"Our stay was beyond what we could have hoped for. The property had so much space for our group. Plenty of good communication with the host. We had everything we needed. Plenty of places to sit outside and enjoy the weather. The house is beautiful and we'll maintained. Would absolutely stay here again."
