"Everything was wonderful, staff were very accommodating especially the valet and the hotel just makes you feel like you're on an island in Kansas. The little details such as the sink knobs being tails, the parrots on the bedding and all the soaps and wipes smell AMAZING! Compared to other resorts the food and drinks were not overly outrageous and having a little convenience store on site was great! Would definitely return again. "

"Pool seating comfy. End of hallway 1br suite was excellent. Would stay again. The parking garage does fill up if you arrive late on Friday/saturday. Even if it’s full you still have to pay the very expensive daily parking rate. Elevators in the parking levels can be unreliable at times. The front desk was very helpful the times it happened. Glad there are hotel phones around the property. "

"The hotel was very nice and the room was spotless. Decor throughout was upscale and all staff members I encountered were friendly. The restaurants were all good to great with the exception of the Burger Joint, where I encountered slow service and an unkempt dining area. The casino was tight, but offered a good variety of games, although the games in the non-smoking area were dated. I had an issue at check in but Kesia took care of it to my satisfaction. I have already recommended this property to others."
