"I can not say enough good about Michael who was manning the front desk when we arrived, early. Our room wasn’t ready so he put us in the lobby on comfortable sofas and helped us get started on our laundry at the well equipped guest laundry room. Two hours before regular check-in time, Michael came to us saying our room was ready. When we got there, we discovered Michael had upgraded us to a suite! Oh, and yeah, all the other stuff was great, too: comfort, cleanliness, amenities. I strongly recommend staying here in your way through BC!"
