"The best thing about this property is convenience: ski school, bus stop, ski rental, ski lift etc everything around the property. The worst thing is that you arrive in a room cleaned by the previous guests. Hygiene 0. Beds as old as the property. Swimming pool is the size of 4 bath tubes."

We only booked 4 weeks ago and struggled to find any suitable accommodation- so this was a last resort for the week available. "Dislike: The property had a very strong overpowering smell like sewage drains. It was dirty, with even pubic hair on the duvets. Doors didn't close, holes in the walls and burnt radiator. Very poorly maintained. Liked: Location was amazing "

"We booked the room with the expectation to find a 4 stars hotel, both families came with our kids and it was supposed to be our winter holiday, but unfortunately it become a nightmare. Rooms were dirty, walls were damaged, juicy or vomit on the floor, the sofa was badly stained and super dirty, toilet was licking and made a bad noise all night, sheets were dirty, no hair drier, no basic hygiene objects, with stinky hair and with a lot of small hauls, the shower didn' t work because the hot water...
