"We had a fantastic time at Ocean View Villa! We were a family of 16 that stayed—3 families with 3 kids each, and Grandma. Our time was thoroughly enjoyed from the moment we were welcomed there, to the moment we left. Jonathan and Joanna were fabulous to communicate with, they were very organized, and have thought of everything. David, the staff on site, was friendly and very helpful. "Truly amazing unobstructed view of the pitons AND the sunset. We lived on the porch! Bed was comfortable and AC worked great. Kitchen was well stocked - we cooked a lot of our own meals. Owners recommendations were thorough and clear. Onsite manager, Damian, was soo helpful and easy to work with about rides and restaurants reservations. "I would definitely advise reaching the villa during daylight hours. While the host’s directions were spot on, it is VERY dark and still hard to find. Once you arrive, you won’t be disappointed! The place has amazing views with exceptional outdoor living. Kris and Ivey took good care of us. If you rent Albatross Nest, you won’t be disappointed!"

"Location was excellent - 2 minutes from The Ramp at Rodney Bay and 5-15 minute walk to the Grocery Store, restaurants, Banks. Pool is an added bonus. Manager and staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and stay there again."

"The property is beautiful and all of the rooms were nice. We stayed in mid February and it was cool enough at night that not having AC was a non issue. They do provide several fans in every room in addition to the ceiling fans if you need them. We were mostly concerned about bug nets being needed, but they were not needed at all during our week stay.Anthea was so easy to communicate with and friendly.
