The staff is friendly, accommodating, and made me and my fiancé feel right at home. We had several hiccups with travel along to and from Como and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we got to our destinations safely and smoothly. To travelers: do check out the local gelato spot that is a 5 minute walk from the hotel (pro-tip: get the pistachio) and the restaurant “Dal Tato” for some amazing Italian food. "
