Le Milan

This charming wooden vacation home offers space on one plot together with two other rental properties. The privacy of each rental apartment is guaranteed by separate outdoor areas. The property has an indoor relaxation area with hammam, sauna and jacuzzi as well as a shared gym/games room. The first floor consists of an open plan living area with dining and kitchen area, a cellar, sitting area, WC, a bedroom with shower room and an adjoining bedroom. On the second floor are the remaining bedrooms with respective shower rooms. Outdoor facilities include a wooden terrace with seating and plancha and a heated pool (6 x 3.5 m) with sun loungers and parasol. Communal facilities include the wellness area, fitness area, games room and boules court. The house is located in a hamlet, on 3.5 hectares of land in the countryside, about 0.5 km from Prats-de-Carlux and 4 km from Carlux.
