"The Best Western Plus The Hammondsport Hotel was a fantastic choice for our family of three adults and two kids. We were immediately impressed by how spacious and spotlessly clean our room was, easily accommodating all five of us. As a traveling family, we especially appreciated the thoughtfulness that the sofa bed was already made up when we arrived—a huge win! All the amenities provided were great and contributed to a very comfortable stay. The complimentary breakfast was very nice, offering plenty of variety for both the adults and the children. Most importantly, the hotel staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our visit. Overall, this was an excellent purchase and we highly recommend it, especially for families!"

Penn Yan is a small town but the hotel is located very near several restaurants, stores, and taverns. All in walking distance. The only thing about this hotel and that it has only one elevator and it is very slow. "
