Located just a few steps from the town centre with shops, bars and restaurants and 200m from the large beach of Préfailles. This fully renovated 120m² house on a enclosed and secure plot of 360m² can accommodate up to 8 people.
Like many charming period properties in the area, it features a few steps and internal landings and comprises an entrance leading to a dining kitchen, equipped with all the necessary appliances so you feel at home. (fridge freezer, glass hob, microwave, oven, filter coffee maker and Nespresso capsules, toaster, kettle, raclette and crêpes party…) a toilet cubicle with shower and WC, a lounge with TV-WiFi and table games, giving access to a shaded lounge terrace. The hallway leads to a double bedroom (160), a bedroom with an inseparable trundle bed (90-180), an independent bathroom with walk-in shower and laundry area (washing machine & tumble dryer) and an independent WC.
On the upper floor on the landing you will find 2 single beds (90x2) and a small attic bedroom (140) both awaiting the installation of skylights (January 2025) Not hindering the comfort of the house in any way, we will not fail to share an update of our photos as soon as the final completion of the work carried out.
The bright garden is arranged so that you can park 2 cars there and secure your bikes (additional free spaces are available in front of the house) whilst enjoying a dining area, a lounge space with shower, and a charcoal barbecue area with boules, sun loungers...
