Located less than 500 m from the beaches – including the famous Margareth beach – as well as from the village of Préfailles and all its shops, bars and restaurants, this single-storey house of 120 m², on an enclosed plot of 1,500 m², has 4 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 8 people.
Beyond its large garden with breathtaking sea views, you will enter a living space (dining room / TV lounge) offering the same spectacular view over Noirmoutier. The independent kitchen is fully equipped so you feel at home: gas hob, electric oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, as well as all the utensils you might need.
The hallway leads to two bathrooms with bathtub, one of which has an integrated toilet.
On the sleeping side, you will find two bedrooms with double beds (140x190) and two bedrooms with single beds (80/200). These are trundle beds that can be pushed together to form a large bed if needed. An independent toilet completes the layout of the house.
For maximum comfort, the following are provided: garden furniture, Mexican charcoal brazier barbecue, changing table, travel cot, washing machine, ironing table and iron.
You will be able to park up to 4 vehicles on the property grounds and secure your bicycles in the garage.
