The space
The residence has a staircase leading to the apartments (only 6 in total).
There is access to a spacious outdoor area where you can enjoy lunch or dinner. Inside, the living area includes a kitchen, dining table, and a sofa that converts into a double bed. In the other room, there is a bedroom with two single beds that can be joined to form a double bed. The bedroom also opens onto a large terrace, perfect for fresh air or for smoking. Between the bedroom and living area, you’ll find the bathroom with shower and bidet.
Other things to note
• Mandatory city tax: €1 per person, payable in cash upon arrival.
• Cleaning is carried out at the beginning and end of your stay.
• A valid ID card or passport must be presented at check-in, and a short-term rental agreement will be signed.
