Rundum erholsam, tolles Haus!
Tolle Unterkunft, wir waren sehr zufrieden, die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer war hervorragend, ein kleineres Problemchen wurde umgehend und unkompliziert behoben. Unser Fazit: absolut empfehlenswert! 👍👍👍

Wir haben sehr schöne Tage in dem liebevoll und zweckmäßig renoviertem Haus mitten in Preko verbracht. Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und auch das Meer sind fussläufig zu erreichen, Fahrrad-, SUP-Verleih ebenfalls. Familie Tebbe und Freunde

Es war perfekt: charmantes, wunderschönes Haus, toller Ort mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Kneipen, prima Badepromenade und alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir kamen per Bahn und haben das Auto nicht vermisst.

Geschmackvolles Haus mit Traumblick
Wir haben uns in dem schönen Haus sehr wohl gefühlt und auch die Insel selbst ist perfekt für einen Traumurlaub! Das Haus ist ein sehr geschmackvoll restaurierter Altbau und die allerunterste Etage etwas feucht, so dass unsere Kinder häufig Besuch von Tausendfüßlern und ähnlichen Getier hatten. Für die Dusche im Obergeschoss reicht der Wasserdruck nicht wirklich, so dass man den einzelnen Wassertropfen ein bisschen hinterherspringen muss. An einem Tag wurde im ganzen Dorf das Wasser vormittags ganz abgestellt - für uns ohne Vorankündigung und daher war Improvisationstalent gefragt, was die Morgentoilette betraf. Aber all das sind Kleinigkeiten, die durch all das, was Haus und Insel zu bieten haben, mehr als aufgewogen werden. Die Wanderung zur alten Befestigungsanlage oben auf dem Berg gehört zu einem der Highlights. Der Weg führt durch Olivenhaine vorbei an alten Steinmauern bis hoch zum Fort. Von dort aus hat man wirklich eine grandiose Aussicht auf die Inselwelt bis hinüber zu den Kornaten - absolut lohnenswert! An einem Tag haben wir ein Glasbodenboot inklusive Captain gemietet, der mit uns zu den schönsten Schnorchelstellen geschippert ist bis hin zur Nachbarinsel Pasman. Auf dem Rückweg hatten wir Glück und wurden von sechs Delfinen ein Stück weit begleitet. Es gäbe noch viele weitere Aktivitäten, die wir in einer Woche nicht geschafft haben zu unternehmen - ein guter Grund, wiederzukommen. Dieses Urlaubsdomizil erscheint auch in Corona-Zeiten ein „sicherer Hafen“ zu sein!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus
Wir haben hier sehr erholsame Tage genossen, die Beschreibung trifft 100% zu, empfehlen das Haus gerne weiter. Vor Ort ist in Fussdistanz Einkauf und Gastronomie sehr gut erreichbar. Die Insel bietet viel Natur zum Wandern , Fahrradfahren und allerlei Wassersport. Zadar hat eine lange Geschichte, es gibt einiges anzuschauen, leider haben die Kriege ihre Spuren hinterlassen. PS: EIN AUTO IST NICHT NÖTIG! Mann kann den hiesigen öffentlichen Verkehr für kleine Ausflüge gut nutzen.

Sehr schön restauriertes Steinhaus in toller Lage
Wir haben eine sehr erholsame und entspannte Woche in dem sehr schönen Haus in Preko verbracht. Die Lage ist wirklich super: Der kleine beschauliche Yachthafen ist fußläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen und der Blick auf den Kanal von Zadar ist sensationell. Im Yachthafen gibt auch in der Nachsaison noch eine ausreichende Auswahl an Lokalen. Bei der Buchung gibt es eine große Menge an Infomaterial und viele Tipps für Ausflüge.
