Dans une chambre la lumière et le chauffage ne fonctionnaient pas. Nous avons dû de nouveau appeler la conciergerie qui a repondu favorablement.avons du encore appeler la conciergerie"

"Slecht. De informatie over hoe de sleutel te vinden klopte niet. De informatie over het parkeren ook niet. Daar stond niet in dat we maar max 2 uur konden parkeren. De waterketel was kapot (werd overigens de volgende dag wel vervangen); de toiletpot is wankel, de kraan in de wastafel zit los, het bad is gevaarlijk wegens gladheid en wankele bodem, het badscherm werkt niet goed, het bed van matige kwaliteit voor je rug, niet functionerende stopcontacten en licht en tot slot ronduit vies tafelblad...

Dazu noch haben wir nirgendswo ein Zimmer für die Nacht finden können.. alle Hotels waren voll. Ich habe mich schon beschwert und hoffe, dass ich etwas von dem Geld zurückbekomme."
