"My wife and I were the first guests to stay at this apartment through Hotels.com. There was some confusion with the reservation, and when we tried to confirm our arrival time, we were initially told that they were unsure of whether we actually had a reservation with them or not, even though we had a confirmation from Hotels.com. No one from the apartment tried to contact us before our arrival, luckily we had a local Catalan friend who was able to help us sort things out. The woman who met us at...

"We really struggled to find the building as we were driving and had no idea how to actually get to the parkade. We did have some trouble navigating the streets, but once we realized that the street next to the building was actually accessible, we were good to go! We left the car parked an enjoyed some very packed days in Barcelona. The room was clean; the shower was great! We would stay again, as the location was perfect! Thanks!"
