"Very nice Hotel hidden away from the main Square, so about 10 minutes easy walk. Reception staff are the jewel at this Hotel so polite and friendly. It's an old building, so so expect strange shape rooms, but however. Perfectly clean and comfortable. Breakfast was beautiful and almost a Million choices, both fresh and tasty. Maybe it was the kind reception staff who reserved a table for us, as my mother at 84 can't climb the stairs very fast, so reserving a large table without the climb was kind and thoughtful. "

"Miss Sophie’s in Olomouc was great. The team was responsive over email when I had questions about how to get to the location. When we arrived, they were very helpful. Most of the staff spoke excellent English and were able to help us out with everything we needed. The room was very nice and spacious. It is easily the largest room we had in Czech (we stayed in apartments in Prague and Brno, and another hotel in Prague). They also allowed us to store our luggage before our train out of town, which was incredibly helpful! The food was also pretty good in the cafe. "
