"This hotel has all the luxuries one would expect from a chain like Mercure. The building is huge, at times feeling like a set for the film ‘Shining’. It is not for me, simply because it has no soul, no character or style. The fittings are cheap, the vibe a bit large group holidays. Spa is accessible with a 30 euro fee."

We would have stayed for another week. If you drive to the bottom of the street you will also find a lovely pizza place family run that’s so nice. We will come back!"

"We came to this hotel unexpectedly and were so happy we found it. The staff are truly exceptional, friendly, attentive, accommodating, effective, welcoming. We arrived due to my wife having emergency surgery in Siena, we were supposed to be in Venice, and this hotel staff went to work making sure we were taken care of.
