We were more interested in what the outside had to offer. This was the perfect place to come back to after a long day of exploring. Had everything we needed in a great spot for exploring downtown. Owner was responsive and laid back. Great place!

Enjoyed our stay- we loved the close proximity to downtown. It made it easy to go to dinner and hang out with our son and his friends at the local establishments so we didn’t have to worry about drinking and driving we walked everywhere! - We were celebrating his graduation from Embry Riddle! We had a great time!

This place was definitely nice to have to meet the basic needs while I was going out and about throughout the day. It is definitely made for a couple or solo trip in my opinion since the space is on the small side. They had adequate cooking supplies and responded quickly. Overall I had a great experience and it was cozy.

This compact but well-equipped apartment contains just about everything one or two travelers might need to have a comfortable base of operations while visiting the Prescott area. Comfortable bed, a nice and functional bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen. The biggest draw for this property, however, is the location. Located just a few blocks from Prescott's main square, this is close to restaurants, bars, and entertainment. Much of it in easy walking distance. Despite that, the apartment is generally quiet, as it is located on the alley side of the property, instead of on the main street. Host Len McGee was very responsive when I had reason to contact him. I have no complaints and nothing but compliments regarding my stay. All-in-all a very nice property and one I'd like to return to, when I next have reason to visit Prescott.

This VRBO is not fancy but has everything we need. This was our second stay. It’s just a five minute drive to our daughter’s home, so perfect location. Hopefully, it will be available the next time we visit.

This VRBO was perfect for our purposes. It’s clean, secure, comfortable, has good TV and WiFi, laundry access, and was walking distance to our daughter’s home. Hope it will still be available next time we visit!

This rental was a lot smaller than it looks on the VRB website. The private courtyard was nice. The internet was spotty. The landlord did respond quickly when asked questions. The bed should be replaced. It was not very comfortable.

Cute decor, spruced up an older property.
Need to do a little work on the kitchen cabinets, one door would not close, too many coats of paint, with out proper sanding, prep. Would also be nice to be able to open the windows.
Knowing that I was arriving after dark, the outside light would have been helpful, finding the place was difficult.
Overall, good stay. Could use a better matress.

Great location to access historic Prescott within easy walking distance. The property is small but appropriately priced. Tiny kitchen with limited cooking/eating supplies. Bed is very comfortable . . . Don't know about pillows because we brought our own. ROKU TV with access to many channels and you can add your own.
Overall a very good spot for 1 or 2 people.

We enjoyed our stay at this property close to downtown Prescott! We stayed for 2 months (June-July). It was in a nice safe area day and night. We enjoyed walking to downtown everyday. The courthouse and the plaza is beautiful as is the surrounding scenery in Prescott. There were several free concerts every week and several art shows at the plaza during our stay. When we left our apartment we had a view of Thumb Butte. There are many restaurants and stores within walking distance. Len McGee was the perfect host and promptly answered any questions we had! There were no problems. We had wifi, internet tv, and air conditioning. Prescott is beautiful with 5 lakes, beautiful hiking trails , forests, scenic drives, and amazing scenery. It is a close to Sedona, Jerome, and other day trips. We would highly recommend staying here 1

Vintage and quaint. It is just big enough for two people - who get a long in close quarters. (: It had everything that we needed for the 10 days that we were there. We liked how close it was to everything; we could walk to downtown if we chose to. The neighborhood is quiet. We would stay again if we come to Prescott again. Len is a great host and responded back quickly when I had a few questions. His place is a great deal!

This is a great spot for one or two people taking some time to poke around Prescott and Northern Arizona. Prescott is a sweet little town with just about everything you would need over the course of the week, and this apartment follows that trend.
Its small and a bit cramped, but has everything you need for a great stay. Lightning fast internet, good cookware, and a very comfortable couch/bed.
Fair warning - mask use is relatively uncommon in Prescott. If that makes you uncomfortable, this spot is tucked away enough that it shouldnt be an issue.
