A newly renovated property creating a beautiful, peaceful, and spacious hillside retreat perched high above historic Park Avenue. Enjoy upgraded amenities such as a coffee bar, brand new kitchen with quartz countertops and new appliances, luxury linens, and a comfy reading nook in the Master Bedroom. Additionally, the third bedroom includes a desk / work area for those that need or want to work while away. This room also has a murphy bed which creates a great yoga / mediation area when the bed is up.

This property is a mere 8 minute walk and 3 streets away from all that historic Prescott has to offer. Nestled among multiple pine trees and the most majestic and serene Oak tree. The property has sleeping for 7 (a King, a Queen, 2 twins, and a beanbag that converts to a queen mattress in the living room). The property has multiple outdoor decks and patios, ample parking, and a prime historic Prescott location minutes by foot from Whisky Row and the Courthouse Square. Easy access to hiking, biking, antiquing, libation, entertainment and all that Prescott has to offer. **This property uses OUTDOOR video surveillance for the safety and security of the home and our guests. The cameras are located as follows: front door ring device monitors the entrance to the home as well as the walk up and driveway area. Patio ring device monitors the side stairs/guest house entrance (not for guest use) and side entrances to the home.

Beautiful home, very comfortable, nice small touches The house was sparkling clean. Even a garage for us to use. There were some coffee pods and snacks that were a very welcome, nice surprise. The beds were very comfortable, nice linens and spacious bathrooms. The washer/ dryer was nice to have. We would definitely stay here again if visiting Prescott.

Summer camp stay
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay while our son's attended summer baseball camp. The home was very clean, comfortable and in a great location to town. We enjoyed riding Ebikes into and around town to eat and explore during our entire stay as well as taking a short drive to Watson Lake and a little off-roading. Our booking, check-in and check-out process was great. We hope to return again soon.

A very successful weekend
This property was extremely clean in a Safe and convenient location. The owner was exceedingly responsive. We didn’t want to leave. The home is very chic with lots of light. Enjoyed our stay very much. Listing is exactly as advertised. I loved the remodeled kitchen and it came in so handy as we ate in for breakfast and most dinners. Kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances. The boho chic interior design of this home is cute and cozy. I would definitely stay here again when in Prescott. The location is perfect and close to Whiskey Row and downtown.

Fantastic home in a desirable location
Our family of 6 stayed in the home during the Christmas holidays while we visited friends. The location was very desirable as it was near the downtown square and within walking distance or a short drive to various coffee shops and restaurants. In the listing it stated the home had recently been renovated, and the homeowners did an excellent job. While some rental houses update the look, they cut corners with the quality of the soft goods and supplies. You will not find that in this home! The beds and couch were comfortable and the linens were nice quality. Since we didn't use the kitchen to cook, I cannot comment on those items, but it had sufficient place settings and utensils. The home was clean, the checkout process was easy, and the homeowner communicated quickly when we had questions. I would definitely stay here again!

We came up for a girls weekend. The house is beautiful and in a great location! We loved hanging out in the patio in the cool weather, and sitting by the fire pit at night. The beds are super comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!!

Great Location in Prescott
Really enjoyed our stay here. An easy short walk into downtown Prescott. Several good restaurants to enjoy and then a nice walk home. We also like to do a long walk in the morning and found great access heading up Park St to Country Club. Great neighborhoods there among the pines for walking along with some good hills if you want that additional effort in your workout. We saw several deer most days early in the morning. We did have a couple of minor concerns and the host was super responsive in handling things. Made the stay that much more enjoyable. A beautiful big outdoor deck with a nice gas grill and gas fire pit to enjoy the evenings. Nice to have a garage to use as well. We plan to return here on our next visit to the Prescott area.
