You’ll love staying here in our serene and relaxed setting in the tall pines. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with range, microwave and fridge. A complete bathroom with tub and shower. Our neighborhood is within a mile of Prescott's historic downtown Square filled with shopping, restaurants, events and a half mile from hiking trails.

Charming visit.

Killian was a very great Host very flexible with our arrival and departure times. Very clean rental. Great location loved the neighbourhood…. Will be back in the future!!!

Nice place

Nice location very convenient to downtown. If you are like me and haven’t been to Prescott for many years, be prepared for very heavy traffic coming in and going out of town. Other than that, I had a great stay.

Wonderful quiet getaway spot, close to downtown

Everything Evergreen was everything i expected and more. Beautiful, comforting, cozy property just minutes from downtown. The hosts were absolutely amazing and we will be back. Do yourself a favor and visit Prescott and stay at Everything Evergreen!

This was a perfect location for being away from downtown but only about a mile away in the pines. Small one bedroom attached home but has everything you need. We will return.

Wonderful!

Pictures can’t do this place justice! This will be my first choice when I go to Prescott! It is an amazing space with full kitchen, private bedroom, bathroom with shower/bathtub with never ending hot water, and a comfortable living room. Very private. Outdoor space to enjoy from private entrance. Very nice neighborhood, very close to downtown.

Nice clean little place.

Great little VRBO for a couple of people. The place is clean and nicely appointed plus there is enough parking for a couple of vehicles. The mini split HVAC is mounted on the wall of the bedroom and can be a little loud when it turns on and there is no washer and dryer if you have an extended stay. The host was great and communication was great. I do recommend.

Cute little place in the evergreens

Very nice accommodations for my husband and I, just right for us. Everything was as described. Great communication with owner. Very nice, clean and was stocked well. Very quiet neighborhood, very peaceful. Not far from the historic downy area. Would recommend to stay here

As advertised - it was great

It's tucked away in a quiet residential neighborhood, but still only 3 minutes from grocery store. Everything was clean inside and very smartly decorated. The rental unit was plenty large for 2 people and the heaters worked nicely. Bed was comfortable, bathroom plenty big, living room was plenty big and we had separate parking and entrance. We met Killian only briefly and she seemed very sweet and personable. Would totally recommend.

Amazing Getaway!

James and Kilian were amazing hosts! The property was in a beautiful neighborhood and very very clean, as well as super close to town square! It was also spacious and had a very peaceful atmosphere. James and Kilian had great communication and answered any questions we had promptly. My boyfriend (now fiancé after this trip!) and I had a great time. :) if you’re looking for a fairly priced place to stay in a beautiful part of Prescott, this is the place!

Great place in great part of town

This is a modest but very cozy place. It is perfect for a single person or a couple. It is in a very quiet part of town that is a bit "off the beaten path," yet very close to downtown.
