Grape House Downtown

  • The Grape House has an open floor plan. Spacious 400 sqft private guest house. Nicely decorated with a brick floor, full kitchen & full bath with a washer/dryer.
    It is located in walking distance of Historic downtown Prescott. At most a 10 minute walk to courthouse square.
    Bright & Cheery with everything needed except you and your food. The only step is at the front entry gate. Off street parking beside the concrete driveway by the sidewalk. 2 Dogs allowed max. for a PER pet cleaning fee of $60 each and back area is completely fenced in.
