We have a very strict NO SMOKING/NO PET policy due to severe allergies. If we find evidence of either we will charge a $350 extra cleaning fee.
ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES. This is a quiet & safe family neighborhood. Please enjoy the peace & quiet we all do in Prescott.
