You'll have the entire cabin to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Little Red Cabin In The Prescott Mountains

Rustic Cabin in the beautiful mountains. 15 minutes to Costco, Walmart and restaurants. Downtown Prescott is only 25 minutes away and Lynx Lake 10 minutes. Seasonal stream that you can hear from the bed when the window is open. Lots of trees and wildlife around and lots of hiking trails. There is a nice patio with a Weber BBQ on it for some Chilling & Grilling.

Newer 55 inch Smart TV with Netflix and Sling TV in living room.

Driveway is pretty steep AWD would be best, if it's dry 2 wheel drive works fine.
Not much phone service here but they work fine when on the WiFi.

Not a lot of bells a whistles afterall it's a older rustic cabin. Kitchen appliances are dinosaurs amazing that they work great as old as they are. They don't make them like this anymore. There is a newer fridge and a new propane on demand water heater.

Rules

Cabin is on a septic system. Absolutly nothing but toilet paper thats provided to be put in the toilet. Absolutly no wipes.
Absolutly nothing is to go down the drains in the kitchen including food and grease. Grease to be wiped out of the pan then put in trash.
Grill is hooked to large propane tank. Make sure to turn it off when your done otherwise it will empty it and it's $700 to refill.
