"Beautiful and very clean"

"The updates are really nice! Hotel and rooms very clean and well managed. They even had a steamer as we were going to a wedding and needed that for our dress clothes. The only thing I don't get is you put a lot into the remodel of Buffalo Tower, but the matress is horrible and so cheap. Not comfortable at all. Please update this asap."

"Room needs repairs. Difficult to get help from staff. Restaurant service and food were horrible and overpriced."

"Very, very clean hotel. staff was excellent. Love the fact that they were pet friendly, helped us on our trip to North Dakota as it was hard to find a place to stay that welcome dogs.. we will definitely be back next year on our way to North Dakota. This places are halfway point."

"You could tell the eggs were not fresh"
