THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING

• Step-free access is available to the main level through the garage. Some bedrooms, decks, patios, and gathering spaces require stairs.

• The Peaceful Mesa balances preserve views and natural beauty with convenient access to Prescott. As with many well-located homes, ambient road sounds from the surrounding area may be noticeable.

• The property features natural granite boulders, uneven terrain, and desert wildlife. Children should be supervised outdoors.

• Despite regular professional pest service, occasional insects, spiders, or other desert critters may find their way indoors.

• Central air conditioning and mini-splits are provided for guest comfort. Thermostat settings are limited to 72°F or higher.

• Glitter, confetti, and similar decorative materials are not permitted.
