This Prescott home was beautiful and very comfortable. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay fabulous. The location was perfect, just a short drive to the heart of town, but you got a sense of being in the mountains. We plan on coming back in the summer and renting the house again. Very lovely.

This house is gorgeous! It’s even more beautiful than the pictures show. The views are lovely especially in the living area. The rooms are spacious and each have their own bathroom. The outdoor spaces are also fantastic. Very peaceful home!We would definitely rent this property again if we return to Prescott

It was very spacious, had everything you would need in your own home. Great sense of style. Fun place, but have to be VERY careful with children. There are stairs that go downstairs right when you enter. Bring an oversized gate if you have littles 😊.

This home is beautiful!!! It was completely equipped and the bedding and towels were all first class! This home is so close to town and all your shopping needs, yet feels like it is tucked away in a special scenic hideaway! So peaceful and beautiful! The owners were so nice and very quick to respond when I had a question. We will definitely be renting this home again. Our family loved it!!! 5 STARS!!!!! Thank you Mirandy!!!!

This was a great place for our family to escape. The house is close to town but feels secluded. Inside the house is beautifully decorated and feels homey. Outside the house has several areas to sit and relax. The bathrooms were well stocked with all the necessities and then some. The beds were very comfortable and the sheets were nice and soft. The kitchen had everything we needed and there was a cute well stocked coffee bar that we utilized a lot. This house is definitely at the top of my list of places to revisit. Next time we will bring some friends.

Our stay was short but sweet. We had 6 adults and heard no complaints from anyone. We had plenty of towels, dishes, glasses, etc. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We were joyfully greeted by Mirandy who gave us a quick tour and run down of what we needed to know. The home is well marked with information to help you find things which is a nice bonus. All-in-all we had a very nice getaway and would recommend this property to anyone who asked :)

This home was the best of the best...beautifully appointed with high end everything! There is no point in renting a home that is not up to or higher than your own standards and this house delivers in every way. Plenty of space to relax outside or in with privacy, views galore...not to mention how lovely and accomodating the owner is. We give it 5 stars unless 6 is an option! We would highly reccomend it to everyone we know.

Unfortunately, this home was not the best experience for us. Having two younger children and the home having an issue with spiders and wasp both inside and outside. We ended up having to rent a room at a hotel and leave the home a few days before our trip was complete.

First and foremost this house is beautiful. The location is good - just out of town in a nice neighborhood. The house is immaculately furnished, the kitchen well equipped and easy to find what you needed. The extra touches, like the welcome basket, bathroom accessories were very pleasant. Unfortunately the well-equipped balconies were almost unusable because of the road noise from a main thoroughfare that is about 100 yards from the property. The marketing/booking process should also make it clear that the owner requires either an additional security deposit over and above the standard security deposit, or a Damage Protection policy. A $3000 refundable deposit was quite a shock at the end of the booking process.
