"The hotel was clean and well maintained for an older hotel. It had upgrades so the hotel doesn’t feel outdated. The staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. If you like the old time hospitality feel of the NY Plaza hotel, this is the perfect place. There were many options for breakfast and the hotel is conveniently located near shopping and fast food/restaurants."

"The Hotel was great for a one night stay. The complimentary breakfast was suitable. However, for the price I paid, this Hotel was the worst. Usually in a hotel, where you are paying more than two hundred dollars for a suite, you have complimentary everything. The rooms in similar hotels would have a pen with a small notepad. Not at this hotel. The parking was an extra fee that I was not told of until I checked in. The room I stayed in was a suite. This suite sleeps 6. There were only three towels in the bathroom. The sofa sleeper did not have an adequate comforter to keep it's occupant warm. This Hotel is cutting corners to stay afloat. When you compromise your guests, you are crippling the whole purpose of being open to begin with. Like I stated, this is a great place for a one night stay."
