One of the 3 queen beds where broken which meant we couldn’t use it. The Tv in living room didn’t work. The handle in the master bath was broken. Multiple smudge marks on doors/windows, the propane ran out of both firepit and grill half way through cooking.

My family had a wonderful weekend up north and the house made it all the better. The house was spotless and had all the amenities we needed. The kids really enjoyed the tire swing and the adults loved sitting on the patio. Would definitely stay again!

Overall everything was wonderful. However, the owner did say I could check in at 1pm rather than 3pm, but when I arrived they were still cleaning so that didn't happen. Some things they should check on is I was really looking forward to the firepit, but it wouldn't stay lit (possibly low on propane), the kitchen sink backs up when running the dishwasher and the trash disposal doesn't work. They need a new sponge for the dishwashing wand, and the tankless hot water tank leaks. They have a bowl to collect the water. Had I not discovered this on my own to empty it , the bowl would have proabably ran over. Overall it was great, they just need to check some of those details. Also, the dining room windows can be removed from the outside so you lose a sense of security.

House was clean and beds were very comfortable. Love that it is close to town. Would highly recommend this home. Our family of eight was very happy staying here.

Had an amazing time at this property. Location was great for hiking and travel to and from town. House was spotless with many additional accommodations. Will be planning another stay in the summer soon.

This property is amazing. We arrived late at night after an all day sports event with 4 boys. We were exhausted. Check in was super easy, the house was spotless and had great accommodations. They had extra towels which was super handy because boys and sports mean showers. The location was off in a quiet neighborhood. We loved it!! We will be back and we would love to rent this house again. We highly recommend it!

The house was perfect for the 6 of us (4 Adults, and 2 children). The bedrooms were a great size, and the bunks for the kids were a dream come true for them. The kitchen was nicely equipped with updated appliances (we have a induction cooktop, so it was great to use one on vacation). Having a tankless hot water heater, and a washer and dryer was a plus plus. This house is tucked away in an older neighborhood in Prescott. Every night was quiet and restful sleep was always attained. We truly relaxed and enjoyed our Christmas with our family with no issues. We would return here, no questions asked. We had to contact the property manager one time and they responded immediately and were very pleasant. Thank you!

Upon arrival there was some issues with the cleanliness of the kitchen, fridge, and dinning area. Since we were staying over thanksgiving the first things to unpack were going in the fridge and it was a bit irritating to have to clean before we could get all our food put away. Everything else was great! Property and area is very remote yet so close to downtown. Enjoyed the space and it really made our holiday special.

If you are looking for rustic- yet with all the amenities-- lodging with tons of room to accommodate large families-- this is the place! We loved the spaciousness of the dining area and all of the decor. My sons-in law loved the walk-in master show. Fit for kings! Part of the road leading to the house is dirt, but no biggie there. We'd definitely stay there again!

We felt so comfortable and welcome. The attention to detail is excellent. We had 3 families converge on the property. We threw a birthday party and the place never felt too small. The amenities are modern and of excellent quality. There are beautiful views all around. Especially the front porch that has a beautiful view of Thumb Butte. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful but everything you need In town is within 1.5 miles of the house. The owners are amazing! Great people and extremely helpful.

Nice open home that gave our party of 5 plenty of room to move around. Only a few minutes to wherever you wanted to go in Prescott! Only negative that comes to mind is the beds are on the firm side but that’s just a personal preference. We would stay here again!

Property was clean and organized, check in was so easy and quick! Only announcement should be that the front door was not facing the street and the circular driveway had to be used. Other than that great experience, thank you.
