Welcome to The Flitstone Home

Three bedroom three bath beautifully newly remodeled with a lot of beautiful interior design. Relaxing outside backyard with nice furniture and a gas grill is provided. In addition a gas fire pit is on the back porch for your enjoyment!
The house is very open and spacious, everything is brand new. Kitchen is fully equipped, and it boasts a coffee bar. Come enjoy some peaceful ambiance this home has to offer!!

Great house
The Flinthouse was everything we expected. Clean, updated, and very comfortable. The owners left us snacks and a bowl of chocolates in the fridge. If friends are staying in Prescott, i definitely would suggest booking this property.

Our daughter commissioned and graduated this past weekend in Prescott. Since we stayed at the Flitstone Studio last year, we though we should rent both the Flitstone Home and Studio for our family visiting for the weekend's events. The Flitstone Home is a lovely home, with 3 good sized bedrooms and a very comfortable sofabed in the living room. It is a great place for a family or friends. There's a small grassy area in the backyard if you have little ones that need to run around. Clean, comfortable and nicely appointed. Highly recommend.

This house was perfect for the tween girls had their own room and older brother had his own room and bathroom, and the parents had a beautiful suite! The whole house and yard was beautiful! Everyone was very happy.

Flitstone House is amazing! Everything is beautifully appointed from decor to luxury towels and full bath supplies. Kitchen is gorgeous and has everything you need. Backyard was delightful with bunnies and birds in the morning and gas fire pit at night. Beds were fabulous and everything was spotless and clean. Great quiet neighborhood and perfect location for us close to downtown. Best vacation rental I’ve ever been to! We met the owner by chance, Laura is delightful thanks for such a great stay!

Beautiful 3 bedroom/3 bath - nice set-up! You have your own private space for bed/bath and nicely arranged for gathering in the common spaces. The kitchen is HUGE - very well stocked with everything you need. It was a bit chilly when we visited - but the backyard is large and the patio furnishings inviting. There is an outdoor grill, but no firepit. From the dining table you could see little bunnies on the grass in the early a.m. as you drink your cup-a-joe from the nicely setup coffee bar! Everything is new - the beds are comfortable, the furnishings modeled specifically for each space. Close to the action - whiskey row, rodeo grounds, zoo, hiking and restaurant's all within a short distance. The owners take detailed care of you. Providing everything you "need to know" for a WONDERFUL stay in their home. I don't want to give too good of a review - the property might not be available for my next trip to Prescott - LOL Believe me, you won't be disappointed - we'll be back.
