"Hotel is nice and modern. The air con setting on the iPad didn’t work and the first night there was a sharp low whistle sound that woke me up at 3am and stayed until 5 am. Upon return from work the following afternoon the sounds was back and when I went to talk at the check in table I was told that a call would be logged for someone to come around. I didn’t see anyone. The noise was coming from Hvca."

The location was great, the place was clean, and there was a code to get in the building and our room which made me feel safe, but no employee was around to help."
