"Wir hatten erstmal Probleme die Schlüssel zu bekommen, weil ich den ganzen Nachmittag auf einen Rückruf gewartet habe.Dann war die Unterkunft nur eine Möglichkeit zum schlafen. In der ersten Wohnung war der Fernseher kaputt, es standen 6 Betten drin, mutmaßlich für Handwerker. Kaffeemaschine gab es nicht, genauso wenig ein Ofen. Die Mikrowelle war verrostet. "Notre séjour s’est globalement bien passé car nous ne sommes pas trop difficiles. Mais l’arrivée dans un bâtiment en très mauvais état a été un choc. Les éléments manquants comme le sèche cheveux, le micro onde et les verres ont été signalés à notre hôte. Quelques commerces autour sont les bienvenus pour le petit déjeuner. Notre hôte a été très correct et la communication avec lui est fluide."

"Where do i start, the way to the rooms is scary to say the least, cigarette buds everywhere, trash, someone used the room before you go up the stairs as a toilet, the post boxes are broken open. I should have looked for a new place straight away but since we were only going to sleep there and didn‘t want to go through the hastle of finding a new spot we stayed. Room was decent. Super questionable people inside the apartment as well. Plus not being able to help after your very confusing system...

"Great property and very nice hotel. Restaurant upstairs was pricey for the quality of the food and drinks but the views made up for it. Overall a great property with the only real issue being that it was hotter than hell in Vienna for our trip and the A/C in our room was terrible. It kept the room survivable, but the room was at a steady 78-80f the entire time, which was hardly a reprieve. No fan to circulate air or anything either so we were constantly taking “cold” showers to cool off."

"A wonderful stay! We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. We loved the beautiful, eclectic décor and the warm, welcoming atmosphere. The hotel is managed by a young, friendly and attentive team who made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay. The location is excellent—just steps from the underground and within easy reach of all the main tourist attractions, making it a perfect base for exploring the city. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. The healthy breakfast buffet was also excellent, with plenty of fresh and delicious choices to start the day. Overall, a charming hotel with lots of character, a great location and wonderful staff. Highly recommended!"

"Extremely unique Brazilian theme. Our room was a suite with a balcony, so it was nice to sit outside in the evening. However, the curtains fell off the rods when opening the balcony door and there is no individual controlled air conditioning. We did receive a fan from the front desk which was fine. You can only receive free coffee in the lobby for a short time but you can go next door to their restaurant if you need refreshments. It was nice and quiet in the room but it's a long walk to sites. You will need to UBER or BOLT to get to any attractions."
