"We stayed in 442, it was very clean and unique. Communications were good. Area was fun to be in, near Seatle University. We would suggest a couple of things be included with the rental. A TV and more amenities in the kitchen (can opener, wine opener, baking pans, colander). In the bedrooms either shelves or a small dresser for non hanging clothes. In the area where the couch is, maybe a table to place things on. From Apt 442 it is hard to see the mountains, but nice views of the overall area."

"Cozy one bedroom. Small space but perfect for one with gear. Two people and say bike gear and travel bags, cramped for space but a nice cramped space. The apartment is getting well worn. Be patient with the mini-split for climate adjustment. It works. The bedroom cadet wall heater is very noisy. The place hasn’t really been wiped down in a long while. Dust lint on everything. "The size of the 2 bedroom was perfect for the two of us. I didn’t realize we didn’t have a tv or couch, but it did not state in the description that they had one. I also didn’t realize that there were other people renting space at the house as well. It was kind of strange being outside on the deck with them. I was told we could check-in at 2 the day before.
