"We thought we where going to have a suite with a patio and barbecue pit what we got was a small room with 2 double beds they changed our room to a room with 2 queen beds we had no microwave or refrigerator in the morning our coffee pot was broke so went down to lobby and there was know coffee and they had the fridge locked for continental breakfast ask desk clerk why she told us they where having hot breakfast in the fusion restaurant that’s why everything was locked s o we went to dinning room...

"I walked to the front desk, using a walker, and was handed the room keys to be informed that the elevator was out and to take the two flights up. Then given a room around the back of the building that was nothing like what we had booked thru VRBO. I had 3ft of hallway and a room to be in for my stay! The restaurant that was to have a breakfast buffet was clearly closed for a while. We left on Monday morning."

"There was plenty of room in the condo but everything is outdated. The carpet was very dirty and I would not walk on it without my shoes. The TVs did not work in the bedrooms. If you want to cook, you will need to bring everything. They did not even have salt and pepper."
