6/10 Okay

We liked the property but the washer/dryer combo did not work well and the steps to the living room/ kitchen were not completely safe for older people. Size was great and area was good.

2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Communication
We had a terrible experience with their customer service. Despite multiple attempts to sort out payment, their customer care kept passing us around and eventually cancelled the booking few days before our trip. Completely unreliable - would not recommend!

Good

It was where I needed to be. The Appartment was of a good standard, having everything needed for an independent stay for work.
