City Studios is offering a place to stay with the convenience of self catering. The room was clean, the kitchen well equipped and I had plenty of space for my stuff. The check in is different to what I was told. They do not use the app anymore, just head into reception. My door to the room was a challenge - it didn’t close easily. Maybe something to look at. I didn’t like that I couldn’t watch normal live TV, but I enjoyed the Christmas movie channel. 😂 Overall a sufficient place for rest, study and catering.

Great price, fantastic rooms, spotless. We had two rooms, one on ground floor and one on 3rd floor. Both rooms were way to warm to sleep even though it wasn't the hottest day, Hotel is next door to a pub, nice pub, but music and noise from pub is loud dependant on where you stay in the hotel. Also near busy road so noisy with windows open but too warm with them closed. Did not sleep well at all. Parking £13 for 24 hours. Friendly reception staff but only security after 11pm who were also friendly.

This place exceeded my expectation, very comfortable and clean with a small kitchen with all the facilities needed to make it a short but enjoyable stay. Staff were polite and helpful, parking was easy. Would definitely stay again and I highly recommend it.

First time stay here. Was excellent from start to finish, fantastic location, studio was spotless, with some little touches left by the cleaning staff, very friendly receptionist, easy check in. Would highly recommend this to anyone.
