"Jaxon at the front desk was so very friendly and helpful. He assisted us with a mix up in our reservation and even aided us in locating another hotel on a busy night in town with a PAC 12 football game in town. The next night when we checked in he assisted us with our luggage and was so kind and again helpful. Give him a promotion and raise because that is how customer service is done people!!!! Breakfast was plentiful and good food. Staff was nice and attentive. The hot tub was great too. And location is great with ice cream and In-and-Out right across the street, who needs more???? :)"

"We spent one night at the Plaza Motel, on a road trip from Montana to California. The motel is what we expected: fairly basic, with parking right outside your room door. The room was clean and well-maintained though a bit dated. There was a coffee machine, microwave and refrigerator, which we had to turn on when we got to our room (it was a very small refrigerator so it got cold pretty fast). There are ice and vending machines. It looks like there are picnic tables and a grill on the lawn; we did not use them."
