"This was a great stay for me. Check-in was smooth, and the room had everything I needed including a well-appointed galley kitchen. The pub next door does excellent real ale and pizzas as well!"

"Overall good experience. Accommodations and hotel was very clean. The staff was very friendly, helpful and work very hard. It would have been nice to have breakfast or at least coffee and snacks available past 9 am."

"The Spa facilities are amazing. The food produced in the Orangery is of fantastic quality and all staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we did find a couple of unexpected problems for a 4 star SPA hotel. We had a 4 poster framed bed which had dust on the top of the framework. There was dust on the top of a picture in our room. The toilet brush had faeces on it! Whilst waiting to leave the orangery (restaurant) on our final night we noticed that the wine fridge at the entrance was thick with dust on the top."

"The hotel has recently been taken over and undergoing an upgrade. We had one of the newly decorated rooms which was gorgeous. We had the best sleep ever as no expense has been spared on the mattresses and pillows. We ate in the restaurant and the steak pie was superb. The Villa is our go to hotel when staying in the area to visit family."

"Very nice hotel. Lovely big room, comfy bed, nice touch with Nespresso machine in the room. Dinner at the restaurant was also very nice (though expensive). Only annoying thing about our room was being next to the lift as you could hear it every time it went up or down, but everything else great. Very handy hotel for travelling on the M6 and the pub over the road was a gem"

"One thing I did not like was that the morning if checkout the cleaners were at the door trying to get in after 9am I already have an issue checking out at 11 am but I definitely did not want to be woken up"
