The Midland - Manchester

8/10 Good

"Staff friendly on arrival and got me checked in early. Clean. Easy check in and check out. Loved the towel warmers."

Radisson Blu Medlock Hotel, Manchester

8/10 Good

"The hotel was excellent very modern and spotless. One bad thing was we arrived 15-30 on the 25th Oct (we were told to arrive after 15-00 ) to be told our room wasn.t ready and kept being told it wasn’t ready until finally at 17-30 we got a room by this time they had a room full of people with their suitcases waiting for rooms totally unaceptable. They offered us a coffee or tea free !!! The staff were very good and kept apologising saying it was house, keeping’s fault but they really need to get a grip.Rooms quite small but for one night OK"

Holiday Inn Express Manchester City Centre Arena by IHG

10/10 Excellent

"From the start to the finish the experience at this hotel was amazing. The staff couldn’t do enough for you, the room was so lovely and quiet. The beds were so comfortable and as we were on the top floor the view was so interesting. The breakfast had everything you could want, and everything was so clean. Loved the idea of an 11 o’clock check out. Would definitely recommend this hotel"

Crowne Plaza Hotel Manchester City Centre by IHG

10/10 Excellent

"Everything about the hotel was fabulous. All staff were friendly, welcoming and polite. Good location. Breakfast was fantastic with a great selection of food and drinks. Plenty of shops and bars around the hotel. Convenient location for the coop live arena and the Etihad Stadium. All in all a great place to stay. Thank you to everyone who looked after us during our stay."

8/10 Good

"Rooms were stylish and trying to keep in with Manchester heritage. However, the look made it seem unfinished, with plastered walls and broken tiles trying to create that working/factory/industrial look. The bathroom door needed planing that’s for sure as it wouldn’t shut easy. Walk in wet floor showers are nice, though the glass wall is short so water can leak out onto the wood floor if not careful. Good location though, not right in the night time heart but a short walk away. City centre also a short walk away."
