2 bed new build ground floor flat in town centre location in Prestwick, close to popular pubs, restaurants and minutes walk from the beach.

This luxury property is right on the doorstep of many top quality restaurants and bars and you will find the beach approx 200 yards away. Prestwick beach offers beautiful walks and kids play areas. For the golf enthusiast you have came to the right place, local courses Prestwick Golf Club, St Nicholas Golf Club & St Cuthberts Golf Club.

The property benefits from a fully equipped kitchen, with centre island which is open plan onto lounge area. This has a large sofa, which contains a very comfortable sofa bed. Two bedrooms with beds which can be twin or double configuration and have built in wardrobe space. Family bathroom with shower over bath.

The building benefits from secure entry and immaculate communal areas and grounds, the front of the building offers a parking space for one car and there is plentiful on street parking.
Please note the apartment is non-smoking. If you fail to adhere to any house rules, your deposit will not be returned and additional charges may apply.  

 Partying and excessive noise is not permitted in this development, failure to comply will lead to a fine.
