Pine Trees Apartment is a recently renovated 55 sq. m. semi-basement apartment located just outside Preveza, set 700 metres from the sea and a 3 minute drive from the town historical center. The apartment consists of an open-plan space, including the living room (with a single bed and a large sofa bed) and the kitchen (fully equipped), and a separate double bedroom. There is also a bathroom with a shower. 

Additionally, an outdoor sitting area located in a beautiful garden can be found just outside the apartment, where you can enjoy your meals or just relax.

The area is really peaceful and also a great base to explore Preveza and its beautiful surroundings.
