"Exceptional. Beautiful, clean, friendly staff. Beautiful artwork decor. One of the waitress at the restaurant made an effort to get to know us. She knew my family coffee order during breakfast and made sure we had our coffee the way we wanted it (lactose free milk) not many places in Cambodia have lactose free milk. Front desk staff helped me when I had an issue with the ABA ATM machine across the street. Highly recommend. "
